The friendship of the Chün-tsze.
The philosopher Tsang said, "The superior man on grounds of culture meets with his friends, and by friendship helps his virtue."

Legge XII.24.

Tseng Tzu said, 'A gentleman makes friends through being cultivated, but looks to friends for support in benevolence.'

Lau [12:24]

Tseng tzeu dit : « L'homme honorable rassemble autour de lui des amis grâce à sa culture, et les amis le renforcent dans la vertu d'humanité. »
