On the well-ordering of the State, and making the whole kingdom peaceful and happy.
Daxue XI. 9.
And hence, the ruler's words going forth contrary to right will come back to him in the same way, and wealth, gotten by improper ways, will take its departure by the same.
Legge X. 10.
话语，不合理地胡乱讲出去，也就有不合理的胡言乱语听近来。财货，以不合理的方式胡乱地拿进来，也会不合理地胡乱花出去。
白话翻译
C'est aussi pour cela que si un souverain ou des magistrats publient des décrets et des ordonnances contraires à la justice, ils éprouveront une résistance opiniâtre à leur exécution et aussi par des moyens contraires à la justice ; s'ils acquièrent des richesses par des moyens violents et contraires à la justice, il les perdront aussi par des moyens violents et contraires à la justice.

Ainsi, qui amasse les richesses dispersera le peuple, qui distribue les richesses rassemblera le peuple. Ainsi, qui profère des paroles malveillantes attire à lui la malveillance, qui amasse des biens par la malversation les perdra par la malversation.
